   This production line including:
1 set ZQ-III-H non stop fully automatic rewinder,1 set CZ-I log accumulator,1 set DH-I log saw cutter saw cutter 

   ZQ-III-H fully automatic rewinder:

l       2 individual-control unwind stands,max.parent roll width 1750mm, 2000mm, 2400mm,2800mm,please choose 1 size ,max. dia.1500mm,core inner.dia.3”,web tension and parent roll transversal is manually control.with pneumatic loading and pneumatic driving for parent roll.

l       Finished product dia.90-135mm,core outer dia.35-50mm

l       4 spiral anvil blades on top Perforation roller and single dented blade on bottom roller, perforation size is 90-130mm adjustable.

l       Automatic Paper cores feeding,automatic finished product unloading .

l       Tail-trimming and sealing will be done automatically outside the winding part.

l       Finished roll-discharging via the speed - difference of 2 winding rollers,bottom winding roller is driven by Servo motor.

l       Program control: by Programmable Logic Controller (PLC)

l       Data setting: on touch screen

l       Driving: by Timming belt

l       Rewinding unit, Embossing and/or lamination unit, each unwind back stand are driven by separate motor.

l       With paper Detector,core finish alarming ,Speed adjusting by inverter.

l       With Jogging move and emergency stop.

l       working capacity: 200-300m/min( 180-230m/min.with lamination )

 1. steel to rubber for making toilet roll

 2. steel to rubber embosser with lamination unit for making kitchen towel or Decorative toilet roll
